Problems

I am really facing problems right now. I really dont know wat to do rite. My sickness still havent cured yet. Having alot of fever recently and still having one now. I dont really know wat to do. Will they be angry at me. I really cant help any one rite now. These seems very hard for me.. Someone HELP ME!!!!
